Milling Hotel Ansgar - Odense

I was almost ready to give a nice review, but then realized i couldn't overlook the freezing cold room and nearly empty soap dispensers. How hard can it be to keep things tidy? Of course, a welcome gift would have been lovely, but i suppose that's just asking too much at this prim and proper hotel.

Breakfast with the room was very good. The coffee machine that is always available was a nice touch. It was close to the train station. The TV was nice, The people at the front desk were very nice and hnelpful. I would increase their pay :-)

I had room 201, next to the elevator, which was a bit noisy. It was small, OK fro me, but I would not stay there with my wife. The room door was difficult to close without slamming.

The hotel is very well sittuated in Odense, The staff was nice. The breakfast-table fantastick. All the small things were there. I will definitely stay there next time I come to Odense

I could use a bathtube in the bathroom. The bathroom was rather small.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Located just 400 meters from the train station, making travel easy.

The staff were extremely helpful when it came to directions or advice on the local transport. The evening buffet was plentiful and selective. Being English tea making facilities in the room is pleasing but the hotel had a constant flow of beverages if so required.

Only the lack of tea making facilities in the room this is not a complaint only an observation.

The breakfast was excellent, I especially appreciated the fresh fruit. It was great that coffee and tea were available at all times. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly.

Mixed feelings about this

The staff was super helpful! Location made city exploration easy with everything close by. Free popcorn and cakes in the lobby were a good surprise.

The breakfast had its ups and downs, with scrambled eggs having a weird taste.

Comfortable location in a nearby park blarIng out, you can walk everywhere.

exceptionally comfortable bed, absolutely perfect and compact room. satisfactory breakfast option with coffee, different dishes, fresh fruit. attentive service from the great, kind staff members. very central location, just a short walk away from funen art museum.

Some areas need refurbishment!!! Water drainage issues in the bathroom, broken TV, and lack of cleanliness left much to be desired!!! The lobby felt outdated and the parking situation was tricky at best!!!

Close to centre with parking, near railway museum good value for money, spacious room.

A lot of building going on opposite, view of building site and railway, although not noisy. Hotel all seemed a bit tired, presumably coming up for renovation.

the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. though, the staff was friendly and the location was super convenient, just a short walk from the train station. i really appreciated the cleanliness of the room!

Free WLAN, good breakfast, clean rooms.

Parking situation. Only very limited number of spots available. Luckily outside parking is free between 6 PM and 9 AM. I nevertheless had to walk quite a bit in order to get back to hotel from where finally a free spot showed up.

The staff was excellent; the breakfast great and the location was perfect for our needs.
